After dinner, the elderly couple resumed their drive. Forty minutes later, the wife realized she forgot her glasses at the diner. Frustrated, they drove far to turn around. The husband grumbled incessantly, growing angrier with each mile. Back at the diner, the relieved wife hurried inside to retrieve her glasses.
