After 25 years, the father came to his daughter’s wedding but he was turned away… And moments later, the crying spread among everyone present.

An elderly man, Vasily Igorevich, arrived at a restaurant in a worn suit for his daughter Yanna’s wedding, whom he hadn’t seen in 25 years. At the entrance, a security guard questioned him, and the groom’s parents, mistaking him for an intruder, treated him with disdain and offered him leftovers. Vasily explained he only wanted to see Yanna, but they doubted he was her father.

Years ago, after his wife’s death from cancer, Vasily, unable to provide for Yanna due to poverty, placed her in an orphanage, intending to return for her. However, the orphanage closed, and he lost track of her. Recently, he found her by chance through a lost phone showing her photo.

Determined, Vasily slipped into the wedding hall and sang a song he wrote for Yanna as a child. The room fell silent, and Yanna, recognizing him, tearfully embraced him, declaring him her father. Touched, the groom’s parents softened, and Vasily gave Yanna a family heirloom necklace. After the wedding, he left quietly, not wanting to burden the celebration.

Later, Yanna visited him, suitcase in hand, saying she’d forgiven him and wanted to reconnect. A lost phone had reunited them, healing old wounds
