A 25-year-old Bulgarian influencer, Andrea Ivanova, who claims to have the world’s biggest lips, now aims for the largest cheekbones. She’s spent €1,850 on cheekbone fillers and €9,250 on lip fillers since 2018, inspired by a Bratz doll look. Despite doctors’ warnings of fatal risks, she plans two more hyaluronic acid injections, saying, “In addition to having the biggest lips, I also want the biggest cheekbones.”
