An elderly gentleman

An elderly man visits his doctor for a check-up. The doctor, finding him in good health, asks if he has any concerns. The man says, “After making love, I’m hot and sweaty the first time, but cold and chilly the second time.” The doctor then examines the man’s wife, who reports no issues. Curious, the doctor mentions the husband’s concern about feeling hot after the first time and cold after the second. The wife laughs, “That crazy old bastard! The first time is usually in August, and the second time is in January.”
